We found the perfect venue for the CMHC Gala to take place, and made sure upon arrival all tables were prepared, the mood was  set, and digital and sound technology concerns were taken care of in advance, so the event could roll out stress free and everyone could focus on the main event: HIV & AIDS prevention, education, and advocacy

The multitude of guests invited had plenty of space and time to mingle, have a drink, and enjoy themselves, with a designated time and place for guest speakers to take the stage, present awards, and encourage guests into keeping the work alive.

The GMHC had access to state-of-the-art video and sound technology for the presentations portion of the evening, making the awards ceremony and much of the evening professional, engaging, and impressive.

Each table was meticulously set for the guests' dining experience, and the tables were adorned with simple and lovely floral arrangements for a classic, elegant touch.

Down to every detail, the venue was decked out with plenty of flowers, spotless white table cloths, and exciting lighting design that kept the atmosphere of a party sparkling without being overbearing.
